Our Services

Private Lessons

Personalized Professional One-on-One Training.

Private Lessons are designed for owners who want individualized coaching and a training plan built for them and their dog. Every lesson is tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, and your dog’s temperament—whether you’re raising a puppy, addressing behavioral challenges, or working toward advanced obedience.

Rather than follow a one-size-fits-all curriculum, we focus on the skills that matter most to you. You’ll receive hands-on instruction, practical homework, and clear guidance so you can confidently continue training between sessions.

Private Lessons may include:

  • Foundation obedience

  • Loose leash walking

  • Place command

  • Recall

  • Confidence building

  • Impulse control

  • Real-world exposure outings

  • Off-leash foundations (for those who advance in obedience)

  • E-collar conditioning (for appropriate dogs and training goals)

Ideal For:

  • Owners who want to and have the capacity to be actively involved in training

  • Owners who want help creating a stronger bond with their dog

  • Owners wanting to learn how to properly engage with their dog

  • Clients preparing for advanced or off leash obedience

  • Dogs with specific behavioral challenges

  • Owners who want professional guidance customized to them

The Goal:

Our goal isn’t simply to teach your dog commands — it’s to build clear communication and a relationship built on trust, consistency, and understanding.

Every lesson is designed to give both you and your dog the skills needed to succeed long after training ends. You’ll leave each session with a clear plan, practical homework, and the confidence to continue making progress in everyday life.

Day Train Program

Structured Training for Real-Life Results

Our Day Train program is designed for owners who want professional training while still staying actively involved in their dog’s progress.

Your dog spends the day training with us working on obedience, engagement, neutrality, confidence, manners, and real-world skills — then goes home with you at the end of the day.

This program bridges the gap between private lessons and board & train, giving dogs consistent professional training while teaching owners how to maintain and apply that work at home.

Day Train may include:

  • Leash manners and heeling

  • Recall training

  • Place command

  • Public neutrality

  • Confidence building

  • Structured socialization

  • Engagement and focus work

  • Real-world exposure outings

(With the Off-leash Program)

  • Off-leash foundations

  • E-collar Conditioning

Ideal For:

  • Busy owners wanting consistent progress

  • Dogs needing more structure and repetition

  • Clients preparing for advanced obedience

  • Dogs struggling with over stimulation or public manners

  • Owners who want professional guidance without a full board & train

The Goal:

Our goal is not just a dog that listens during training sessions — it’s a dog that understands how to live successfully with you in the real world.

Because training is not one-size-fits-all, each dog’s program is customized to their temperament, goals, and lifestyle needs.

Owners receive regular updates, homework, and handling guidance to ensure training transfers successfully into everyday life.

Board & Train

Immersive Training for High-end Results

Our Board & Train program was created for owners who want accelerated progress by having their dog fully immersed with a professional trainer in their home. Your dog lives and trains with us, receiving daily training that builds reliable obedience, confidence, and real-world manners.

About Christina Gibson

Christina Gibson is the founder of Whiteout Working Dogs and King County K9 in Washington state.

Christina has made a name for herself in the sled dog world through her dedication to working dogs, performance, and the day-to-day reality of living and training with driven canine athletes. Her background working high-drive dogs has shaped her training philosophy: fair, clear, structured training that creates dogs capable of working confidently both on and off the field.

In addition to sled dogs, Christina has experience training and handling working dogs in obedience, behavior modification, detection, and sport foundations. She is passionate about helping owners build practical, reliable dogs they can truly enjoy living and working with.

Whether working with a pet dog learning household manners or a driven working prospect needing structure and clarity, Christina focuses on creating training plans tailored to the individual dog and handler team. Her goal is not just obedience, but building dogs that are confident, engaged, and dependable in real life.

At Whiteout Working Dogs, training is centered around communication, accountability, and creating a functional relationship between dog and owner — because successful training should improve everyday life, not just behavior in a controlled environment.

About Team Whiteout

Whiteout Racing strives to stand for honest, high-quality dog care, breeding, and racing.

At Whiteout Working Dogs, everything we do is centered around what’s best for the dogs. We take immense pride in our athletes and the care they receive.

Our system is built to create an environment where dogs can truly thrive—from how they’re trained, to how the kennel is set up, to how we feed and interact with them each day. When they’re not on the trail, our dogs spend much of their time in pens together, loose in the house yard, or inside with us. We believe this kennel set up allows them to build strong bonds with one another, and with us. It also aids recovery and helps them stay physically limber between training runs and races. We believe in providing a full life, not just a working one. Our dogs spend meaningful time in the home, and we’re committed to giving them the best life from start to finish. When they retire, they often join families as active companions and hiking buddies. While we miss them dearly, we love seeing them enjoy their (very active) golden years as the center of attention they so rightly deserve.

Our breeding program focuses on temperament, work ethic, and structure. Dogs selected for the program are proven athletes, health-tested, and chosen with long-term success in mind. We keep things small and intentional, breeding only when we have the right dogs to move the next generation forward. If you’re interested in learning more, we welcome you to reach out through our contact form.

As a racing kennel, we’re committed to growth. We constantly refine our training and kennel practices to meet each dog’s individual needs. Our focus is on building an environment that supports the physical and mental development of our team—now and into the future.
